蒸班兰鸡蛋糕 Steamed Pandan Ji Dan Gao

当一个人想要吃东西,
还没睡着前都可以很给力地去挑战全蛋打发的鸡蛋糕

奈何,使用电子气压锅,把好好的蛋糕蒸得像kueh
失望地倒头就睡。


再当一个人嘴馋的时候,一早起身就会满脑子想着吃了
我就是这样的人,突然想要吃蛋香味的蒸蛋糕
所以快手快脚准备同一个食谱的材料
后改用煤气大钢锅蒸,
这一次只能成功不容失手哦!


蒸班兰鸡蛋糕    6寸圆模
食譜來自 萍聚

材料: 
鸡蛋         113g (2颗A蛋) 
糖             100g (减至90g,甜度刚好)
水仙面粉   118g (普通面粉)
7-up汽水     35g (班兰精华)

做法: 
1) 用高速把鸡蛋打至起泡,慢慢加入糖后以低速打至浓稠松白。 
2) 分3次将面粉加入,用刮板拌均。 
3) 加入班兰精华拌均。 
4) 把面糊倒入已铺上烘培纸的圆模型里。 
5) 大火蒸25分钟。

失败了只能沾上蛋液煎香当早餐之一
妈妈倒喜欢得紧

    This steam cake reminds me of my childhood. To date, I still has no courage to try this even though my mom steamed this often back then. BTW, thanks for listing Precious Moments here but I no longer blog under that name and has since focus more on food and not on parenthood journey.
